Assistant Restaurant Manager

What We’re Looking For:

· • 3+ years of salaried restaurant management (Assistant Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager)

· • Solid front-of-house operations experience, with a working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor cost controls

· • A collaborative team player who leads with integrity

· • Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate FOH teams

· • Strong work history (no more than 2 restaurant roles in the last 5 years)

· • A sense of humor and, yes, the ability to use a calculator!
