Who We're Looking For

Dependable, self-starters who enjoy variety in their workday!
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong time management skills and sense of accountability.
1 year of mechanical or plumbing service experience preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
Ability to lift ~60 lbs on a frequent basis.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform all diagnostics and analysis to trouble-shoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, upgrade, remove, and maintain equipment.
Complete scheduled service orders daily.
Complete paperwork related to tasks, including collecting payment, in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicate in a positive manner with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
Safe operation of a Company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal DOT laws.
Identify additional services that may be required and present all options to the consumer.
Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment using hand or power tools.
Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and Culligan policies.
Complete general warehouse/facility duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
