We are hiring a full-time Leasing & Sales Support Assistant to help drive property leasing, support real estate sales efforts, and assist with business development. This is an entry-level position starting at California minimum wage with performance-based bonuses.

You will play a key frontline role — conducting property showings, generating leads, and helping schedule appointments for our senior managers. Expect a mix of driving, leasing activity, and outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to properties for leasing showings, inspections, and move-in/move-out walkthroughs

• Respond to tenant inquiries and assist with the lease application process

• Support property marketing by preparing listings, photos, and descriptions

• Maintain leasing records and update CRM and property management systems

• Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leasing leads, investor prospects, and property management clients

• Set qualified appointments for senior managers to close leasing deals, sales opportunities, or new business

• Stay organized and proactive in following up with leads and tracking outreach activity

Compensation:

• California minimum wage (hourly)

• Bonus pay based on performance, including leasing activity, appointment setting, and lead generation success
