Stevens Realty is a fast-growing property management company based in Cookeville, TN, managing over 2,500 residential properties across Middle Tennessee—including Cookeville, McMinnville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville—and in Lawton, Oklahoma. Our mission is to provide high-quality housing and exceptional service to both tenants and property owners. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Property Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. From handling tenant communications to coordinating maintenance and ensuring lease compliance, your work helps ensure a smooth, professional, and tenant-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lease signings and facilitate move-ins
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work
• Manage rent collection and maintain financial tracking
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local housing regulations
• Maintain organized property files, reports, and digital records
• Build strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Support tenant retention efforts and help enhance resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• -Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one in Tennessee)
• -Strong communication and customer service skills
• -Knowledge of property management and housing regulations
• -Ability to resolve issues professionally and effectively
• -Highly organized with attention to detail and accurate data entry
• -Familiarity with property maintenance operations is a plus
