About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, coachable sales professionals ready to build a serious income in the roofing and storm restoration industry. You’ll run warm leads from our canvassing team, close high-ticket jobs, and help homeowners navigate their insurance claims.

This is 100% commission, but it’s not “figure it out on your own.”
You’ll get full sales support, daily leads, and field mentorship from people who’ve actually done it.

What You'll Do:

• Run company-provided leads from our canvassing department

• Knock targeted doors to expand your pipeline

• Inspect roofs and identify storm damage

• Educate homeowners and guide them through insurance claims

• Coordinate with adjusters and advocate for full approvals

• Close deals and manage projects through completion

• Log activity in our CRM system to stay organized and scalable

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (roofing, solar, or home services a plus)

• Clear communicator who builds trust fast

• Competitive mindset, self-accountable, and goal-oriented

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
