Fixed Asset Accountant
Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $75,000–$80,000 + Discretionary Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in accounting systems

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for property, plant, equipment, and construction-in-progress

• Track project costs and transfer completed projects into active service

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or potential asset obsolescence

• Support audits and respond to asset-related inquiries

• Conduct or assist with cost segregation studies

• Partner with internal teams such as engineering and maintenance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on fixed assets

• Strong Excel skills

• A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a fast-paced organization

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
