Weekly Pay: $17 - $18/HR based on experience and qualifications
M-F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, full-time schedule, consistent and year-round work

Essential Responsibilities
The Maintenance Worker, under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, undertakes, upkeeps, and repairs the interior and exterior of a 15-acre facility. The Maintenance Worker is responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs. 
 
Specific Responsibilities

·         Troubleshoots, makes necessary repairs, and completes preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices for all related facilities equipment.

·         Able to trouble-shoot and solve technical issues by following technical manuals and schematics.

·         Ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner.

·         Performs maintenance and minor repairs to electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC. 

·         Performs routine landscaping on the grounds.

·         Compiles records of completed maintenance and repair work.

·         Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

·         Minimum 1-to-2-year experience of any repair field.

·         Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems.

·         Basic understanding of measurements, addition, and subtraction.

 
Must be able to:

• Carry, pull and push up to 50 pounds of dead weight
• Climb up and down a ladder
• Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch and or crawl
• Twist or turn in confined spaces
