Location: Franklin Park, IL (Territory-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: Starting at $60,000 plus commission

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to lead sales efforts for high-quality on-site containment solutions within the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic relationship-builder with a strong sales acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and supporting the growth and profitability of the organization through consistent outreach, industry networking, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within the commercial construction sector
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, industry events, and referrals
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight value-added containment solutions
  • Maintain frequent communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional business opportunities
  • Collaborate with project management to coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of systems
  • Actively contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Track and report on individual sales performance and goals
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, services, and technical specifications
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build long-term client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Preferred:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially within the commercial construction industry
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software
