We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, and possess excellent patient service skills. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's requirements.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to identify areas of tension and discomfort in clients.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and any necessary follow-up care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in massage therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to massage therapy and pain management.
• Experience in a med spa or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of occupational health practices is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service.
• Ability to perform assessments accurately and develop effective treatment plans based on client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
