Position Summary:

We are seeking hard-working, reliable Landscape Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in supporting hydroseeding operations and general landscaping duties at residential, commercial, and municipal project sites. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is ready to contribute to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sites for hydroseeding (raking, soil grading, debris removal, etc.)

• Operate hoses and equipment to apply hydroseed slurry to designated areas

• Load and unload materials, such as mulch, fertilizer, and seed

• Lay sod, plant trees, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed

• Install erosion control blankets, straw wattles, and silt fencing

• Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, and weed removal

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites

• Operate and maintain small equipment and hand tools (e.g., weed trimmers, blowers, shovels)

• Follow instructions from crew leaders and project managers

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
