We currently have 2 positions open to fill: Service Coordinator and Projects Coordinator.
Projects Coordinator -
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Logistics Specialist to join our team. The Project Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing equipment installations, including scheduling, tracking parts, and installer time. Duties also include tracking deadlines and communicating updates to clients and the installer team.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch installers to job sites.
- Maintain personal efficiency.
- Maintain a clean appearance and good hygiene.
- Maintain customer relationships through great communication.
- Work with the Project Manager and other coordinators to plan out project schedules.
- Professionalism is required.
- Accurate timekeeping.
- Manage equipment installations, including scheduling, tracking parts, and installer time.
- Track deadlines and communicate updates to clients and the installer team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- Requires basic computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Service Coordinator-
The Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and tracking service calls and technician assignments to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role acts as the communication hub between customers, field technicians, and internal departments, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization of service orders, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Dispatching
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and skill set
Manage real-time adjustments due to technician availability, emergencies, or part delays
Work Order Management
Open, monitor, and close service tickets in the CRM/ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, ServiceNow)
Ensure all required information (notes, parts used, time logs) is accurately captured
Customer Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests
Provide customers with status updates, ETAs, and post-service follow-ups
Technician Support
Communicate job expectations and assist with troubleshooting or escalations
Coordinate parts, tools, or documentation required for service completion
Data Entry & Reporting
Maintain accurate service records for billing and historical tracking
Generate daily or weekly reports for job progress, backlog, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years in a dispatching, coordination, or administrative role (service industry preferred but not requirred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems (ERP/CRM)
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
