Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing orders, responding to inquiries and inputting inventory information in the system.

This job is a Monday-Friday position. 1st shift, hours are 7a-4p. Please read entire job description and pay rate before submitting your resume.

Accountabilities:

Preliminary Routing
Store address audits
Determine Pallet and UPS routing requirements
Transit & lift gate verification
TMS submission
TMS review for booking
UPS World Ship Portal submissions
BOL & label prep
Material Handling
Oversee transition of finished product from packaging to shipping
Pallet & small package prep
Load staging
Ensure packages/crates/pallets/large orders are properly labeled and meet quality of packaging standards
Coordinate drivers at the dock to ensure correct load goes complete with correct carrier
Operate forklift and load trucks
Standing/bending/stooping/lifting up to 50lbs
Monitor pallets and dock area cleanliness
