We are a fast-paced family law firm committed to providing our clients with the highest quality legal representation possible. We are looking for a full-time associate attorney with a minimum two years of family law experience. We love our work and we want to work with someone who loves it as much as we do!

This position requires strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Courtroom experience and collaborative negotiation experience required. Prior experience working at the Family Law Facilitator’s office or as a courtroom volunteer a plus. We offer work-from-home flexibility but this position is not fully remote and will require in-person court appearances and office meetings.

Job description:
-Understanding of basic deadlines, Rules of Court, and foundational family law principles
- Communicating effectively with team/staff to ensure tasks are completed and assigned to appropriate team members
- Managing own caseload with supervision
-Drafting persuasive client and witness declarations, Judicial Council forms, discovery, settlement offer letters, etc.
-Courtroom advocacy
-Managing case deadlines and litigation calendar
-Communicating effectively and timely with clients/opposing counsel regarding case matters
