Our client, a local non-profit organization, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Due Process (Rights & Advocacy) team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting in creating training manuals, data entry, auditing and supporting the team with various clerical projects.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This can be a hybrid or in-office position.
This is a temporary position estimated to last between 3 – 4 months long.
Administrative Assistant Duties:
· Assisting with the development of department training manuals and other related training materials.
· Gathering, researching other comparable training manuals to be considered in the design of the training manual.
· Produce routine documents and reports as needed.
· Proofread materials for inaccuracies and errors. Make corrections or returns to appropriate person to make corrections.
· Assist in planning and facilitation of team meetings.
· Editing PowerPoint presentations.
· Track and report on completion of due process-adverse benefit determination notice audits.
· Creating, entering data with Smartsheets.
· Scanning Appeal related documents.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
· Associate’s Degree or greater is preferred (Health Education, Training & Development, Workforce Development, Social Work, Public Health or closely related field).
· 1+ years of related experience
Administrative Assistant Skills Desired:
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Smartsheets, Power Bi
- Proficiency with quickly learning and working within new software systems such as Learning Management Systems (example: Docebo).
