Scenic Green Landscaping is looking for a reliable and responsible Lead/Driver to lead the crew. As a Crew leader, you will be assigned to complete various tasks within landscaping and construction:

• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ensuring Everyone is working and staying on task.
• Ability to work in both extreme heat and cold weather.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Motivated to learn and stay productive.
• Ability to lead others.
• Knowledgeable with a construction and landscaping background
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and honesty.

We specialize in landscaping projects--we do not partake in lawn service. Activities include masonry work, artificial turf installation, irrigation work, general landscaping and wood working (fencing, decks, outdoor structures.) Our company is growing quickly, and we are looking for permanent hires. The more you know, the more you will get paid. We stay busy all year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21-27

• Weekly pay.

Start as early as tomorrow.

Applicant MUST be 25 years or older for Insurance Purposes.

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (or until project/tasks are complete).
• Day shift.

Supplemental Pay:

• Signing Bonus ($500) after 90 days.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to drive truck and trailer (REQUIRED)
• Over 25 years old (REQUIRED)

Experience:

• Construction/Landscaping: 3 years (preferred).

Work Location:

• Multiple locations around San Antonio area.
