W-2 work, $40/hr +, 12 hour shifts, flexible scheduling, days and nights available, 7 days a week available

We are seeking a Home Health Nurse to join our team! We are a lean, women-owned independent small business focusing on providing personalized care to a curated roster of clients. You will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to patient in home setting
• Establish and maintain patient treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of Tennessee
• Previous experience in nursing
• Reliable transportation to patient home
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
