What You'll Do:

• Take accurate optical measurements, assist with eyewear adjustments and fittings

• Help patients understand lens and frame options by sharing product knowledge

• Offer personalized style advice to help customers choose the best frames for their face, lifestyle, and prescription

• Explain prescription terms in a clear, patient-friendly way

• Collaborate with team members to ensure each customer receives outstanding service from start to finish
