Job Details

We are looking for a Vice President of Finance and Accounting to lead all financial and accounting activities related to our senior housing investments and broader real estate holdings. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a key role in supporting the financial health and growth of our portfolio.

The right candidate will have strong experience in real estate or investment finance and be comfortable managing financial operations, team leadership, and working with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, managing cash flow and investor distributions, ensuring compliance with loan and investment agreements, and supporting transactions such as acquisitions and recapitalizations. This person will also help implement tools and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.

We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting leadership roles, ideally in real estate investment or private equity. A background working with third-party operators and managing fund structures is important. Experience with Yardi or similar financial systems is helpful, and a CPA is preferred.
