We are looking to hire a licensed therapist able to work with clients who have single or multiple diagnoses in addiction or mental health issues. We have a strong clinical team and an experienced administrative support staff. We are seeking an experienced therapist/counselor that has good cognitive, communication, and documentation skills.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to conduct individual and group sessions with a variety of clients. We welcome you to come join our amazing team. The successful candidate must be experienced working with addictions, trauma, anxiety, gambling and/or depression, and currently licensed with one of the following state credentials.  LMHC, LPCC, LSW, or LMFT.

Full-time or Part-time positions available, full-time employees may qualify for health insurance plan after probation period.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional clinical treatment to incoming clients and individual referrals.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• New Mexico license and previous experience in mental health counseling
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
