The Office Manager is an integral part of the organization. The position requires a person who is
detail oriented, yet genuinely enjoys and appreciates people. With the responsibility for coordinating business operations and collaborating on and executing the marketing plan, the Office Manager is able to build relationships with people and at the same time make sure that business flows efficiently.

Responsibilities & Activities:
 Coordinate all Advisor and Client scheduling, meetings, and events
 Maintain contact database system
 Manage client service and client retention efforts
 Accurately create and maintain all required client documentation (This industry is paperwork intensive)
 Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and checks
 Track and follow to completion client service requests, account transfers, and money flows
 Maintain required office books and records
 Update and maintain client profiles
 Collaborate to create and execute firm marketing plan
 Assists the Senior Wealth Advisor as requested
 Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 Requirements:
 Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
 A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
 Excellent organizational and time management skills
 Competency on Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
 A desire to create and maintain structure and efficiency
 Excellent administrative skills including organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
 An ability to work independently
 An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress
 An ability to be 100% confidential regarding firm and client information
 Helpful:
 Previous operational experience
 FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, & 65 licenses (not required)

This is a full-time position with office hours daily 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM. Infrequent after-hours, client events, and travel for training are part of the job. Flexibility in scheduling is a perk, but as this is a small office, it must be used wisely. This is a fun and rewarding position working with an excellent client base.
