We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for transforming spaces through their craftsmanship. This role involves both interior and exterior painting, as well as renovation and restoration tasks. The Painter will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating and project planning.

Execute commercial painting tasks with precision and efficiency.
Perform trim carpentry and fixture installation as part of renovation projects.
Assist in concrete finishing and other related construction activities as needed.
Restore and renovate existing structures while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience

Proven experience in construction painting, with a portfolio showcasing previous work preferred.
Familiarity with trim carpentry, and fixture installation is advantageous.
Strong understanding of color theory, paint types, and application techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
