We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Lead Technician to oversee and coordinate daily operations in the assembly area. This role is responsible for ensuring finished goods are assembled accurately and efficiently according to established specifications and quality standards. The position also upholds all safety and compliance protocols within the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately read and utilize calipers and other precision measuring tools.

• Properly deburr sheet metal and machined parts.

• Interpret and apply finish callouts as required.

• Install rivets and perform related assembly tasks with a high degree of proficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in using basic hand and shop tools.

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.

• Working knowledge of aircraft hardware installation.

• Familiarity with surface finishes and sheet metal assembly techniques.

• Knowledge of deburring methods and aircraft component assembly processes.

• Solid math skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable, follows instructions, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in aircraft assembly or deburring work preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times throughout the day.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, plasma cutters, drill presses, and grinders.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Overtime may be required as needed.
