What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of proven success as a District or Area Manager in the QSR or Fast-Casual Restaurant space

• Experience managing 5 or more units

• A record of developing top talent and building bench strength

• Strong P&L management and profit-driving ability

• Confident and fluent in sales strategy execution

• A skilled operator and trainer in all aspects of restaurant management

• Organized, energetic, and highly accountable

• A hands-on, "lead from the front" personality – clipboard optional!
