We are looking to add a Door & Window Installation Manager to our growing companies’ team.  Candidate must be positive, energetic and prepared for anything!    

Responsibilities will include:

• Everyday contact with installers, customers and retail partners regarding installation projects.
• Scheduling & managing door and window installations across the greater Charleston area.
• Visiting job sites to ensure quality craftsmanship from installers and complete satisfaction from customers.
• Recruiting & onboarding new installation subcontractors to keep up with capacity needs.
• Building & maintaining good relationships with our retail partners.  

What we need from you:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• 3+ years in Millwork/Door & Window Installation Project Management.
• 5+ years in Customer Service.
• Individual who is looking to grow with an experienced organization.  Self-motivated, flexible and decisive decision making.
• Experience with computer-based management programs.
• Reliable transportation to commute to office and job sites.
• Non-Structural GC license would be a plus!
