Job Description

Overview:

We’re seeking an elite content marketing expert to take full ownership of our short-form video and social media strategy. This is not just a video editing role — we want someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply knowledgeable in TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, SEO for social, keyword research, and digital marketing. You must understand how to make content that gets views and drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Short-Form Video Creation

Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcast/video recordings) into captivating, SEO-optimized short-form clips
Use engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, and formats that align with platform trends
Research and incorporate high-performing keywords and hashtags
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visuals are consistent

✅ Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute a content calendar across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Monitor analytics and audience insights to optimize content for growth and reach
Maintain active engagement — reply to comments, track trends, and identify growth opportunities
Post consistently and schedule content ahead of time using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite

✅ SEO & Digital Marketing Integration

Conduct keyword and trend research to enhance discoverability and organic reach
Optimize video titles, descriptions, captions, and hashtags for algorithm performance
Monitor performance through tools like YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Collaborate on campaigns, lead magnets, or funnels that tie into broader marketing goals

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in short-form video editing and social media marketing
Proven ability to grow social media accounts (portfolio or case studies required)
Expert knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform nuances
Strong grasp of SEO, keyword optimization, and content marketing strategies
Fluent in English, highly communicative, and accountable

Bonus Skills:

Experience working with creators, entrepreneurs, or brands in [insert niche, e.g., education, finance, fitness]
Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop)
Ad campaign experience (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
