 The Shops at Santa Anita is seeking a reliable and hardworking External Porter to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for keeping exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Schedule: 7:00pm - 3:30AM - Flexibility available 

Responsibilities:

● Perform daily air-blowing of all shopping center entrances and exterior walkways 

● Clean and maintain trash compactors and loading docks 
● Safely transport and dispose of pallets, discarded furniture, and large debris 
● Operate a golf cart for property-wide duties and material transport 
● Follow verbal and written directions in English from supervisors and team leads 
● Support with special projects or events as needed 
● Maintain a professional, helpful attitude with tenants, visitors, and other team members 

 Requirements:

● Must be able to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) 
● Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
● Availability to work weekends and holidays as required 
● Valid driver's license preferred (for operating golf cart) 
● Prior experience in janitorial, maintenance, or exterior cleaning preferred but not required
