Bryce Resort is looking to hire bartenders to work in a fast paced, team environment. This position requires excellent customer service and good communication skills.

Weekend and holiday shifts required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
2. Stocks additional supplies as necessary
3. Follows setup procedure
4. Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre mixed drinks
5. Receives cash bank at beginning of shift and verifies its accuracy
6. Greets members and guests
7. Ensures all guests ordering alcoholic beverages are 21 by asking for and viewing proper identification
8. Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes
9. Rings all transactions into the point-of-sale system in a timely and accurate manner
10. Collects checks/payments for drinks served and verifies correct prices are charged
11. Reports complaints to manager as soon as they occur
12. Complies with all ABC regulations
13. Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment
14. Cleans and locks up according to prescribed procedures
15. Attends staff meeting and training sessions as required
16. Performs any other duties as assigned
