We engineer, manufacture, finish, and install all our products in-house, offering truly custom solutions that transform homes.

About the Role

This unique dual role combines fine woodworking with precision installation. You’ll craft custom wood shutters in our Palm City workshop, then bring them to life in customer homes across the Treasure Coast. Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom wood plantation shutters with premium profiles and finishes
• Perform precision installation in customer homes, ensuring perfect fit and aesthetics
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure product quality through rigorous quality-control practices
• Represent our brand with professionalism and courtesy on every job site
• Collaborate with a supportive, family-run team in a respectful work environment
• Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday — an ideal schedule for parents with school-age children or anyone who enjoys life after work

Who We're Looking For

• Self-motivated craftsman with a strong work ethic and passion for detail
• Background in either:
  • Fine Woodworking — furniture-grade carpentry, cabinetry, or millwork
  • Window Treatment Installation — blinds, shades, or shutters preferred
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and ability to operate a pickup truck with a 16 ft trailer
• Reliable and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
