Who We’re Looking For:
A Full-Service General Manager who leads by example, thrives on the floor, and believes in hands-on, people-first leadership.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• A hands-on management style—willing to jump in wherever needed: running food, bartending, bussing, serving

• Experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and team development

• Familiarity with POS systems (Skytab experience a plus)

• A deep understanding of hospitality and guest relationships—our regulars are like family and visit us 3 to 7 times a week

• A drive to grow with the business and help elevate the Oscar’s brand

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with both team and guests

• Off by 430pm twice a week - closing 3 days a week

• NO Late nights we close at 11: 00 pm- but based off business sometimes we close an hour earlier or so

Hours of Operation:

• Open daily from 10: 30 am – 11:00pm, 7 days a week
• Trivia twice week
• Game day
• Game night
• Karaoke

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening
