What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to person for your assigned drivers: dispatch, track, support, and keep them moving
  • Book loads, manage scheduled, and negotiate rates with brokers like a pro
  • Communicate constantly: updates, follow ups, and check in with clients
  • Tackle problems head on: delays, accessorials, customer needs—you’ll keep things running smoothly
  • Use CRM & dispatch software to stay organized, efficient, and in control
  • Collaborate with departments like Safety, Accounting, And Marketing
What You Bring

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
  • Prior office experience – Required (logistics a plus!)
  • Great attitude, honesty, and strong communication & people skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Confident under pressure— thrives on action
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Comfortable with Excel and dispatch/tracking tools
  • A fast learner with a “let’s make it happen” mindset
