We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead daily operations at our fast casual burger restaurant. The GM will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, ensuring quality food and guest experiences, and managing costs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including team scheduling, service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety

• Recruit, train, and develop team members to uphold brand standards and deliver top-tier guest experiences

• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L to hit profitability targets

• Foster a strong service culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace

• Execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of GM or AGM experience in a fast casual, QSR, or casual dining setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing high-volume operations

• Comfortable analyzing financials, scheduling labor, and ordering inventory

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
