Reports To: Daniel Guajardo, McAllen Location Manager

Job Overview:

As a retail associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive shopping experience and feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance • Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately • Keep the store shelves and displays organized and fully stocked • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints • Upsell products and promote current promotions or deals • Attend training sessions and stay current with product knowledge and store policies •Participate in out-of-store promotion and marketing during work hours

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent • Prior retail experience is preferred • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner • Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to bend, twist, and reach to stock shelves and retrieve products
