Front Desk Receptionist – Wellness & Longevity Clinic (Lady Lake, FL)

• Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hr
• Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
• Must be willing to travel to Ocala and Ladylake Locations.

We’re a high-performance wellness and longevity clinic helping clients look, feel, and function at their absolute best. Now, we’re looking for a confident and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and create exceptional first impressions.

Job Tasks:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendars
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Process payments and assist with patient paperwork
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support clinical staff with daily operations

 Requirements: 

• 1+ year experience in a medical, aesthetics, or wellness setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a health-conscious mindset
• Tech-savvy with EMR, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
• Organized, reliable, and confident multitasker
• Willingness to train in Ocala before transitioning to Lady Lake full-time

Compensation & Perks:

• $18.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday daytime hours (no nights or weekends!)
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! ($500 paid quarterly)
