Job Description
As the office administrator and customer service rep, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and vendors. You will help ensure smooth communication and efficient processes within a smaller family owned company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share insights
- Assist with generating daily and monthly reports
- Support the sales team with quotes and customer samples
- Provide assistance with backend purchasing and accounting tasks
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Competency in PowerPoint
- Basic math skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
