Job Description

As the office administrator and customer service rep, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and vendors. You will help ensure smooth communication and efficient processes within a smaller family owned company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clear information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share insights
  • Assist with generating daily and monthly reports
  • Support the sales team with quotes and customer samples
  • Provide assistance with backend purchasing and accounting tasks
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Competency in PowerPoint
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
