Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick-service (QSR) restaurant
Experience managing both drive-thru and dining room operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage labor costs, inventory, and restaurant financials
Passion for guest service, team development, and operational excellence
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
