We are seeking an energetic, personable, and proactive Maître’d to join the leadership team at a vibrant, casual-yet-refined Italian restaurant and bar. This is a full-service venue with a strong wine program, full bar, and a loyal neighborhood following.

The right candidate is a natural host and team leader, someone who creates warm, personal connections with guests while leading the front door with confidence, organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and wants to be part of a company culture built on genuine hospitality and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth

• Lead the host team and oversee smooth flow of service at the door

• Support communication between FOH and BOH, acting as the service floor's anchor

• Manage reservation platforms, waitlists, takeout orders (including UberEATS)

• Uphold and enhance our commitment to guest relationships and community connection

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as maître’d, lead host, or floor manager (preferred, not mandatory)

• Knowledge of MICROS POS and online ordering systems (UberEats, etc.)

• Team-first mindset, exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Italian restaurant experience is a strong plus

• Must be full-time available, primarily for dinner shifts
