RPh on the Go is actively seeking a skilled Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-regarded healthcare facility in Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered clinical team. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a unit-based clinical pharmacist in both the Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

• Conduct medication order entry and verification, review medication profiles for appropriateness, and provide clinical services tailored to patient needs.

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate closely with medical teams.

• Perform drug therapy monitoring and manage pharmacist-led consults per protocol.

• Provide support during acute patient scenarios, including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma cases.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

• Availability to work variable day and evening shifts.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital experience.

• Experience with Meditech.
