After decades of outstanding service, one of our senior estimators has retired, and another is preparing to pass the torch—creating an exciting opportunity for the next generation of industry leaders to step in.

We’re looking for Estimator/Project Managers with at least 5 years experience in asphalt maintenance and new construction; leaders who can confidently walk a job site, understand the specs, earn client trust, and craft proposals that are clear, strategic, and profitable. Not to mention be a great team player to fit our culture.

Job Duties include:

Full cycle estimating, proposal creation and project management of the job to completion.

Requirements:

Clean driving record, organization, reliability, professionalism, being driven and taking initiative, team player approach, can-do attitude, experience with a desire to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,640.00 per year bare minimum, but earn more as you meet/exceed Sales Goals with your commission and bonus structure.
