Wholesale Representative

Location: North Bend, WA | Hybrid (Field + Remote)
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time | Base Pay + Commission + Perks

About the Role
2025 has been a breakout year for our wholesale program. We’ve seen rapid growth across Washington, and now we’re looking for a Wholesale Representative to take the reins: managing current accounts and building new ones that align with our brand and mission.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required — we’re ready to train the right person who’s passionate about craft beverages, community, and building something meaningful from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and nurture our growing list of current wholesale accounts

• Open new on- and off-premise accounts across Washington (and eventually beyond)

• Conduct tastings, line placements, and events that showcase the Volition brand

• Serve as a compelling ambassador who can share our story and values with buyers and customers

• Collaborate with our team to align inventory, seasonal launches, and promotional campaigns

• Track sales performance, gather feedback from accounts, and help refine our strategy

• Represent Volition at festivals, distributor meetings, and key trade events

Who You Are

• You’re excited about craft beer, sustainability, and the outdoor lifestyle

• You’re people-oriented, motivated, and ready to learn

• You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently

• You live in or near North Bend, WA or within driving distance of key Washington markets

• You have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Bonus: You have experience in beverage sales or account management — but again, we’re happy to train if you don’t
