✈️ We're Hiring: Customer Relations Representative (On-Site, Full-Time)(Arizona Only)

Are you passionate about providing great service and want to grow in a dynamic, high-stakes industry? Vision Air International is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to support our sales and operations team at a pivotal time in our expansion.

Why This Role Matters:

We’re scaling our business, and our lead negotiator, Sebastian, is currently tied down with routine customer support and admin tasks. By taking on this critical customer-facing role, you'll help free him to pursue high-value aviation deals—opportunities that drive growth for the entire company. We’ve seen this structure succeed before, most notably when Caitlyn stepped into a similar role and helped us unlock major wins.

This is not your average customer service job — it’s a chance to grow with an ambitious, international aviation company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer follow-ups via phone, email, and CRM
  •  
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with a professional, friendly tone
  •  
  • Monitor and update our e-commerce site (product listings, updates, customer activity)
  •  
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  •  
  • Assist with scheduling, file organization, and internal communications
  •  
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth client experiences

 

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
  •  
  • Has experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  •  
  • Understands or is eager to learn CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  •  
  • Speaks clearly and confidently on the phone
  •  
  • Enjoys a structured, in-office work environment
  •  
  • Is reliable, organized, and a quick learner
  •  
  • Bonus: Any experience with aviation, logistics, or e-commerce platforms like Shopify

Work Details:
