Job Description

Tax & Accounting firm is seeking an Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our bookkeeping clients. Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our bookkeeping clients. Bilingual, read and write in Spanish a plus as we have many Spanish clients.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Payroll processing
File city, state and federal required reports
Client engagement via, Phone, email & texts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
2 to 5 Years of QuickBooks experience.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
MS Excel Spreadsheets / MS Word / MS Outlook.
Coachable & willing to learn new processes & software’s.

Recent College Accounting Graduates encouraged to apply.
