Job Description

Team Lead Needed in Toledo, OH (Could work at multiple locations)

Shift: 2nd Shift 4:30pm-2am

Pay: $20 an hour

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher preferred

• Ability to work on 2nd shift, to work overtime, or weekends if needed

• Prior experience in an automotive related manufacturing facility preferred

• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift to 35lbs, and work within a manufacturing environment

• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred

• Basic math skills required

• Ability to follow instructions and follow through with assigned tasks

• Ability to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise manner

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Forklift
