Direct Hire with Union Benefits

Position: Emergency Room Nurse

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Shift: Night Shift/ 4 shifts a week/ 7:00 pm- 7:30 am/ full time/ Alternating weekends

Compensation: $117,000.00

This is a UNION role that comes with full benefits (Medical, Dental and 401K) Union is 1199

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• 2 year + ED Nurse experience

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDES:

• Triage of incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
• Immediately stabilize incoming patients
• Administer medication as instructed by physicians
• Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
• Perform tracheotomies and intubations
• Create and maintain incoming patient records
• Work with a team of emergency staff to help patients
• Help transfer stable patients to other wings
