A leading space technology company is seeking a full-time AI&T Technician I to join our growing production team. This role supports the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced spacecraft systems, with hands-on work in mechanical builds, electrical harnessing, inspection, and test activities.

As an AI&T Technician I, you will work alongside experienced technicians and engineers to build and test flight hardware for satellite missions. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to develop skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on cutting-edge space technologies.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $23 – $27/hour (Hourly, Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical assembly, soldering, and harness building
• Perform hardware integration and functional checkouts
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
• Support inspection and documentation of test results

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in aerospace, electronics, or related field
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with precision hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined areas
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• A&P License or 2-Year Technical Degree
• IPC/J-STD soldering and wire harness certification
• Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience
