The Trainer Role

Trainers at Pvolve Murfreesboro are highly-skilled and charismatic creators of unparalleled experiences that inspire, guide, and empower clients to show up fully for themselves. They guide with passion and empathy, ensuring that each class is not just a workout, but a transformative experience. Our trainers are passionate about all things health and wellness and as such advocate for real results through self-discipline, consistency, and hard work. Their energy and confidence is contagious.  Trainers play a fundamental role in crafting the studio experience and culture. 

Instructing:

*Lead a full-body strength training group class adhering to studio standards and Pvolve Trainer Guidelines

*Program classes that ensure safety and wellbeing of clientele, while also allowing for progression and advancement, and modification of intensity to accommodate all clients

*Curate invigorating, dynamic playlists to pair with musically-driven classes.

*Energize, encourage and inspire clients throughout class

*Provide in-the-moment and personalized feedback to clients while teaching to maximize the efficacy of the workout, ensure client safety, and accommodate all needs

*Availability to teach classes on a regular basis - at least 6-8 classes a week

*Strive to provide individualized attention to all clients before, during and after class

*Clean and organize studio space after class, following Opening, Closing, and Cleaning protocols

Client Experience:

*Deliver all clients the Pvolve experience through unparalleled customer service and hospitality

*Build Pvolve class attendance and retain current clientele through outstanding customer service

*Ensure successful and smooth check-in of clients

*Actively engage with clients, answering questions and making conversation before and after class

Pvolve Team and Culture:

*Attend team meetings and required educational trainings

*Communicate with management on client feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing

*Maintain social media presence to increase class following

*Promote Pvolve’s promotions, programs, products and services after class

*Represent Pvolve’s brand both inside and outside the studio

-90-Day Onboarding Review

*KPIs:

-Average class attendance (capacity)

-New-client conversions and retention

-Avg class revenue

*Informal:

-Client feedback to share, if any
