Job Title: Part-Time Contracts Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Remote – Santa Ana, CA preferred
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
Schedule: 20 hours per week

Join our team as a Contracts Administrator!
We are looking for an experienced professional to support contract management and proposal efforts for a leading company working with government agencies. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up new customers/vendors in the contract management system and maintain electronic filing.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating subcontracts and task orders for government contracts.
• Support overflow RFP reviews, particularly for consulting service projects.
• (Preferred) Assist with RFP-to-proposal process and fee modeling (e.g., fixed fees, time-and-materials, cost plus).

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong background in contract review, risk analysis, and compliance.
• Experience with RFP and proposal processes for government contracts.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with technology licensing and insurance/risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, Oracle, and Conga.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
