This position offers an individualized practice focused on patient care with a consistent Monday through Friday office schedule—no nights, weekends, or call, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

SIGN ON BONUS - $5,000

2,5k after 3 months 2,5k after 6 months

We are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients across key domains.

Primary Responsibilities

-- Primary Care Services

Perform comprehensive history and physicals

Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, and asthma

Conduct acute care visits (e.g., infections, minor injuries)

Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness counseling

Interpret lab and diagnostic results

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

Veterans Medical Exams for patient acquisition.

Coordinate care with specialists as needed

Qualifications

Current or eligible NP/PA license in Missouri

DEA registration (or eligibility)

Strong documentation and communication skills

Interest in veterans’ care, primary care, and aesthetics

New graduates welcome – on-site training provided

Contract Requirements

> Employment contingent upon:

Successful Veterans Affairs background check

Completion of required CME courses

Final acceptance by the Veterans Association credentialing board
