The office boasts a brand new building with a huge physical therapy area and 17 exam rooms. A Board Certified Anesthesiologist Pain practitioner, an Orthopedic surgeon, two chiropractic physicians. and a Neurosurgeon also office at our location.

This is a multidisciplinary office that includes therapy, and exposure to orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologist, and spine surgeons. There is another Nurse Practitioner to learn from.

Great environment. According to zip recruiter we are paying at the 95th percentile for NP salaries at $120,000 to $125,000 base (plus malpractice insurance and other benefits, factor into the calculation of the base salary. Please ask for details.

There are bonus payments in addition to starting salary for achieving goals, etc.

Located in Hobart, Indiana, just off of Highway 65.
