We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep our operations running smoothly. This role is critical in managing our event equipment lifecycle—from storage and maintenance to shipment and return—while working closely with onsite staff and project managers to stay ahead of upcoming event needs.

This isn’t a desk-only job. You’ll lead by doing, stay involved in daily operations, and ensure the warehouse is a well-oiled machine that supports complex event schedules across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Leadership: Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including organizing inventory, staging gear, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Hands-On Operations: Work directly with the warehouse team, setting the pace and tone through example—no task too small.

• Equipment Logistics: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all gear arrives on time, in full, and in event-ready condition.

• Field Coordination: Work closely with onsite event staff to align on delivery timelines, special requirements, and equipment return logistics.

• Forward Planning: Anticipate upcoming equipment needs based on event schedules; proactively prep gear and flag potential conflicts or shortages.

• Collaboration with Project Managers: Partner with project managers to understand event-specific requirements and ensure the warehouse is prepared well in advance.

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems; oversee repairs and replacements as needed.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine warehouse workflows for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Tech-friendly and familiar with inventory systems, shipping software, and basic project management tools.
