Job Description

Our client located in the Roselle area is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to oversee the company’s warehouse and installation operations. This full-time, Bilingual Spanish/English Warehouse Supervisor role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Hours: 7:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday with Saturday hours on an as needed basis

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000/year

Bilingual Spanish/English Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing and maintaining effective inventory control and storage measures.
Precisely match materials going out to jobs with materials listed on work orders; ensure that any returned materials from jobs are entered back into inventory records and returned to proper storage location.
Coordinate inbound pick-ups and outbound deliveries.
Manage a small warehouse team, providing training and oversight, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
Ensure that all paperwork for the next day’s work is submitted to warehouse staff for material preparation (including cutting carpet and staging materials).
Help with material handling if necessary, including but not limited to: cutting carpet, staging materials, picking up or delivering materials, etc.
Create and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse organization and inventory control.
Create and maintain daily installation schedules, revising as necessary with changing needs.
Dispatch sub-contracting installation crews each morning, starting at 7 am.
Communicate with installation crews regarding job assignments and quickly resolve any on-site problems, including material shortages, installation delays, or customer concerns.
Serve as liaison between installation crews and office staff to address and resolve any billing questions or any other issues of concern.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to speak both English and Spanish proficiently.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
Experience in management of installation operations, preferably in flooring.
Flooring installation experience is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient knowledge of Office applications (Word and Excel).
Clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in warehouse conditions.
Willingness to work overtime and occasionally on Saturdays when required.
